We are seeking an **Office Services & Facilities Clerk** to join our **Vancouver office** to support the Office Services & Facilities team in assisting with day-to-day office services operations, including mail, courier delivery, copying/scanning, office supplies and equipment, reception, host services, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mail and Fax Services_
- Daily mail pick-up and inter-office delivery, processing requests for sending mail and packages using Canada Post, local and international courier services. Sending outgoing faxes and forwarding incoming faxes to appropriate lawyer and assistant.
- Printing_
- Assisting with copy, print, scan and bind jobs from The Hive.
- Office Supplies_
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining adequate supply for copy centers and print stations.
- Office Maintenance_
- Assist the Coordinator, Offices Services & Facilities with the preparation of workstations for new hires and assisting with internal office moves. Setting and cleaning up the office and boardrooms for client meetings and events.
- Miscellaneous_
- Providing assistance and coverage for other members of the Offices Services & Facilities team as needed (including reception, hostess, records management, etc.)
- Ensuring any issues or problem areas are reported to the Coordinator, Office Services & Facilities.

**What you'll bring**:

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar office environment with previous experience in a law firm considered an asset.
- Organization and planning
- Excellent customer service
- Team player
- Knowledge of office equipment maintenance
