**Job Description**:
The Telephony Support Specialist role primarily performs Business As Usual (BAU) activities in support of users, Moves, Add, Changes (MACs), end-user support, billing and charge-back related activities

**What you will do**

Work activities are primarily driven by requests submitted by end-users and which appear in the CanTech ticketing system (ServiceNow). Additional non-BAU tasks are assigned from time-to-time in support of Voice Services activities and projects.

The Telephony Support Specialist escalates to the Telephony Infrastructure Support Specialist for additional support and expertise as required.

The Telephony and Infrastructure Support Specialist positions report to the manager of Voice Services. This role is responsible for providing 7x24 hr support and consultation relating to telephony and meeting room infrastructure.

The Telephony Support Specialist is expected to have competency in day-to-day administrative activities of Voice Services systems and to be able to provide tier 2 level troubleshooting and support to end-users.
