Your superior communication skills, Microsoft office capabilities, interpersonal and problem-solving skills will augment your ambitious desire to make a difference and support professional practice at St. Joseph’s Health Care London.Essential QualificationsSecondary (High) School Diploma, or recognized equivalentSuccessful completion of an Office Administrative Diploma programMinimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting a teamDemonstrated computer skills Microsoft Office Suite, including an advanced level of knowledge in ExcelDemonstrated experience maintaining calendars, arranging meetings, travel, and conferencesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure that information is provided accurately and professionally in person, writing and by phoneAbility to work quickly and accurately in a busy environmentDemonstrated ability to problem solve effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading and composition skillsExperience maintaining electronic calendars (Outlook) for a team of at least 5-7 team members; managing appointments and meeting preparation; arranging registration for courses/conferences.Excellent organization and time management skills to effectively provide support to all team membersAbility to work independently as well as on a teamDetail oriented and an ability to prioritize multiple demandsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a health care environmentDemonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to manage change in a dynamic environmentTeaching and ResearchSt Joseph’s Health Care London through its affiliation with Western University and Fanshawe College is a leading research and teaching hospital.
