Summary:
PaperWorks is looking for a dynamic
**Marketing Manager **to lead our marketing function, promoting and growing our PaperWorks brand. Specifically, we are seeking an experienced, proactive marketing professional that can manage communications, develop content, and make strategic recommendations based on sound data gathering.

**Responsibilities**:
How you will impact PaperWorks:

- Support commercial sales teams by developing assets aligned with PaperWorks value proposition.
- Manage the marketing calendar and recurring internal communications, utilizing various forms of media.
- Implement and manage annual customer survey, detailing areas of success and potential improvement
- Partner with Executive Leadership, Sales, and Product Development teams to drive brand recognition and consistency across all external channels.
- Collaborate, cross-functionally with key stakeholders, developing, implementing, and managing market segmentation growth strategies.
- Develop and execute a digital and social media content plan, campaign tactics, and track analytics.
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media, press releases, and other forums - act as the “brand voice” for customers, team members and in talent acquisition.
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of content campaigns and community engagement; use insights from social media management tools and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify industry trends, trending topics, and opportunities to make PaperWorks an influencer in “the conversation”.

Qualifications:
What you will need to succeed:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or relevant field.
- 3 -5 years of experience, with at least one year with direct social media management experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in core social media channels and with Content Generation, Analytics, Posting, and Social Listening platforms. Video editing, scripting and translation experience preferred.
- Strategic content creation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
