New Car Sales Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and drive sales performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed their sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team in areas such as upselling techniques and customer engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for upper management on team performance and market conditions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Proficient in phone etiquette, ensuring professional communication with clients.
- Experience in providing sales support to enhance team effectiveness.
- Proven experience in retail sales, demonstrating an ability to drive results in a competitive environment.
- Strong math skills for analyzing sales data and forecasting trends.
