**Sales Agent**

**Duties**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport.
- Identify and target specific markets for business development.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Post incoming vehciles, Market vehciles via Marketplace and Social media
- Build a relationship with customers
- Market yourself via Social media
- Take photos and videos of vehicles for social media and your customers

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in outbound calling ,telemarketing or sales an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proven sales record
- Proficent with computers, Social media and cellular devices
- Former dealership or sales experience a must
- Knopwledge of cars, trucks and vans is an Asset
