**EDPS 647 Practicum in Counselling Psychology I**

Supervised counselling psychology field experience. Increases conceptual understanding of counselling psychology and develops counselling and consulting skills.

**Delivery**:On Campus**
**Lecture**: Thursday 10:00 am -11:50 am, **Lab**: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 1:00 pm -6:20 pm

- April 11, 2025**

**Position Requirements**

**Educational Psychology**:

- Educational Psychology consists of Educational Studies in Counselling Psychology and in School and Applied Child Psychology.

**Desired qualifications include**:

- A completed doctorate in psychology or a related field
- Registration as a psychologist
- Evidence of successful teaching and leadership experience in workplace, university or school settings
- Demonstrated experience in online/distance education for courses delivered online or in a blended format
- Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative culture
- Knowledge and understanding of the programs and specializations in Educational Psychology will also be considered as assets for the sessional teaching positions.
