We design and install custom equipment and accessories for industrial and commercial service vehicles including aluminum slide-in service bodies, Spacekaps, van shelving, flat decks, mobile lube skids, top quality truck caps and canopies.

We are adding a Client Relations Specialist to our team in **Edmonton, AB**

**Job details**
- Full time - Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Weekends off.
- Full Benefits after 90 days including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.

**Purpose**

The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Expertec by engaging with prospective customers and providing technical expertise to identify and meet their needs. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating the value of our products or services. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Research and identify potential customers within the target market.
- Engage in cold calling or outreach to initiate conversations with prospects.

**Consultative Selling**:

- Understand the technical aspects of the products or services offered by the company.
- Analyze customer needs and challenges to recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase the benefits and features.

**Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.

**Sales Process Management**:

- Qualify leads and opportunities to prioritize efforts effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and product knowledge.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address specific customer requirements.

**Sales Performance**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on sales performance regularly.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in sales strategies and processes.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to contribute to product/service enhancement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in technical inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products or services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
