**The Job**:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal support role in the development and execution of both client and company content strategy under the guidance and instruction of our Digital and Social Media Lead.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.
- Work with the Digital Lead, Social Lead, and creative team to compile cross-channel reports. Make suggestions for improving the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies, creative, and campaigns.
- Influencer/brand/activation marketing support as needed, including research and outreach.
- Assist in the development of channel-specific strategies and programming to support the health, growth, and success of various. digital marketing platforms, as well as innovation across channels.
- Effective communication with both our team as well as our clients.
- Make client and company investments work hard, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.

**REQUIRED**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, as well as 1-2+ years of experience supporting or coordinating corporate/business/brand marketing campaigns (please include case studies and/or links).
- Personally use and loves social media.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eager and excited to explore ideas, solve problems, and learn with our team.
- Willingness to work nonstandard hours when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail. Able to anticipate issues, emerging platforms, and trends to drive innovation for our accounts.
- Experience leveraging creator and influencer partnerships.
- Has an excellent eye for brand integrity - including but not limited to photography, social video, and copywriting skills.
- Experience and familiarity with reporting and analytics solutions (native platform analytics for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc ).

**PREFERRED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, creative writing, or related field preferred but not required.
- Agency work experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
