Saskatoon, Canada Shercom Industries Inc. Full time

We’re looking for an **organized and efficient administrator** who will provide cross-functional support across various aspects of our business during our busy season. We need an individual with a proven track record in **an office setting and the ability to multi-task and set priorities** in a fast-paced environment. There is the potential for an extended term or a permanent position at the end of the 6 month term.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide coverage at the reception desk as required: greet our visitors and walk-in customers in a professional manner and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide general administrative support to our office team including data entry, HR and payroll admin support, sales support, basic accounting and reconciliation activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a requirement
- Experience with accounting software, CRMs and/or HRIS systems in an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Eligibility to start work in Canada immediately
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multi-disciplinary team
