Job Title: Order Desk Representative & Admin Support

Pay Rate: $19.00-$25.00/hr (Based on experience)

Shift Start & End: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Friday

Start Date: Immediate hire

End Date: Eligible for a Full-time permanent position after a 3-month probationary period

**Description of the position**:
Saving Grace Sheet Metal Inc. is looking for a full-time customer service professional to add to our office team in the role of Order Desk Representative & Admin Support

Please note this is a permanent position, and applicants must have availability to work Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Order Administrator
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide order updates, and resolve any issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain order information in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage all phone calls for the business, including but not limited to Saving Grace customer orders and general customer inquiries regarding products, quotes and services
- Retain extensive product knowledge and make appropriate suggestions to clients based on their needs
- Process orders following correct procedures and ensure all forms are filled out and filed correctly
- Enter all orders and deliveries into the company database following proper procedures
- Liaise with the shop supervisor to ensure orders are received with adequate detail
- Occasionally assist with other office roles and be open to cross-training
- Other tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data accurately
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Open availability is a MUST
- 3+ Customer service experience
- College or University education is an asset but not a requirement
- Must have professional and courteous phone manner
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Experience with QuickBooks is an asset.
- Must have proven proficiency in time management and multitasking while maintaining attention to detail

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
