**Requirements**:

- AME License.
- Minimum 5-6 years’ experience of increasing responsibility in a Quality Assurance Management role in the aviation industry.
- Experience working with legislated standards and regulations.
- Full understanding of CAR's, TC Legislation, OEM specifications.
- Audit systems, and Maintenance Programs.
- Demonstrates an understanding of safety issues and actively supports the Safety Management System program as required by Transport Canada.
- Preferred: Experience in Airline Quality Assurance, with a background in conducting audits. Proficiency in Project Management and skilled in conducting Risk and Root Cause Analysis.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Comply with all regulatory requirements, company policy and procedure manuals.
- Maintain and in-depth working knowledge of CARs.
- Demonstrate an understanding of safety issues and actively support the Safety Management System.
- Prepares Annual quality assurance audit plan and participates in the audit process.
- Provide effective communications, both orally and in writing.
- Oversee company manuals.
- Root Cause Analysis and Corrective action plans.

**Key Duties**:

- Oversee and approve QAM and support all other company manuals as required.
- Attend ATAC meetings and other Quality assurance required meetings.
- Support SMS System.
- Ensure annual audit plan prepared and completed within the scheduled audit dates.
- Be able to manage and assign corrective actions internally and externally.
- Assist with oversight and auditing of Company Manuals.
- Oversee CAP’s and Root cause analysis.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
