The Battlefield Equipment Rentals HR team is growing We are looking for a skilled Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to collaborate with and support the HR team. **Will you be the next member of our team? We want to meet you**

As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your talent, grow in your craft, and learn about people and culture strategies.

Your primary challenge in this role, as the first point of contact for employees and managers, is to provide guidance and support to our employees by determining their needs, identifying the urgency in which the issue needs to be resolved, while working to provide the appropriate solution. We must also ensure that we provide an excellent experience for our employees and managers. Additionally, you will be able to utilize your talent acquisition specialties by assisting the Talent Acquisition Team when needed.

- Participate in the recruitment process of our employees;
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team as needed with recruitment processes;
- Promote a customer-focused culture by responding to employee inquiries;
- Provide effective and efficient responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures;
- Responsible for new employees by completing the onboarding process with them;
- Perform administrative tasks related to the hiring process (contracts, database updates, creation of employee files, etc.).
- Participate in employee lifecycle initiatives (from recruitment experience to employee departure) ;
- Responds to employee inquiries - Is the primary contact for employees;
- Administer all employee leave (maternity, sick, etc.);
- Manage our benefits programs and support employees in the claims management process;
- Ensure that workers compensation information is sent to the appropriate compensation boards in a timely manner;
- Manage HR inbox and support internal communications (translation, editing, etc.);
- Support HRBPs with our HR projects;
- Manage administrative tasks as needed.

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, DEC;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR;
- Possess strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills;
- Passionate about people and strong interpersonal skills;
- Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and workflowl
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, in FRENCH and ENGLISH;
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

- Participer au processus de recrutement de nos employés;
- Support pour l’équipe recrutement selon les besoins;
- Promouvoir une culture axée sur le client en répondant aux demandes de renseignements des employés;
- Fournir des réponses efficaces et efficientes aux demandes de renseignements des employés concernant les politiques et procédures RH;
- Responsable des nouveaux employés en complétant le processus d'intégration avec eux;
- Effectuer les tâches administratives liées au processus d'embauche (contrats, mise à jour des bases de données, création des dossiers des employés, etc.);
- Participer aux initiatives du cycle de vie de l'employé (de l'expérience de recrutement au départ de l'employé);
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des employés - Est le principal contact pour les employés;
- Administrer tous les congés des employés (maternité, maladie, etc.);
- Gérer nos programmes d'avantages sociaux et soutenir les employés dans le processus de gestion des réclamations;
- S'assurer que les informations relatives aux accidents du travail sont envoyées aux commissions d'indemnisation appropriées dans les délais requis;
