Overview:
As Graduate Service Operations, you will be part of SITA Command Centre Common Use team ensuring all our customers’ (Airports, Airlines and their customers) day to day operations run smoothly, while ensuring Systems and Products are properly configured and maintained following standard working processes and procedures.

**_ What you will do:_**
- Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Act as Common Use SPOC and co-ordinate scheduling of intervention with Customer's, internal resolver groups, and Service Desk.
- Follow SITA’s defined practices and procedures while performing Implementation, managing Incidents, Service Requests, Change Management and escalate to next level as required.
- Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations
- Perform Change Management, Configurations, Design and Implementation of the supported Product & Systems
- Continuously identify and document lessons learnt, known errors and operational knowledge for improved services
- When/where required, be contactable for escalations and support, on and on-call standby basis
- When/where required, perform assigned tasks on 24 x 7 shifts basis.

Qualifications:
**_ Who you are:_**
- Awareness of Airport / Airline industry is an added advantage.
- Diploma, Certificate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Microsoft Certified Solution Associate: Windows Server (minimum 2008/2012)
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer: Windows Server
- Microsoft Azure AZ-900 or AZ-104 certificate
- ITIL Foundation v4 Certification
- Knowledge/awareness of Altiris, VMWARE Workspace1, Nexthink.
- Willingness to learn about new technologies.
