**Business Development Representative**

**Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid Working, in-office downtown Toronto and home)**

**Business Development Representative**

Reporting to the Vice President of Higher Education Growth and Partners, you will focus on building the sales pipeline by both converting marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to qualified sales opportunities (SQL) and by prospecting, sourcing, and qualifying net-new outbound opportunities who see the value in bringing Togetherall to their institution or organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clearly communicate the benefits of Togetherall
- Research prospective institutions/organizations and tailor outreach efforts to appropriately identify needs
- Collaborate with the marketing department to identify prospective institutions/organizations
- Convert assigned MQLs into SQLs by utilizing marketing content and campaigns to nurture leads and MQLs
- Work closely with assigned Business Development Manager to build territory specific strategies
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline in the Togetherall CRM, track all contacts and activity
- Consistently meet and exceed SQL and pipeline generated targets
- Other duties, as assigned

**Personal Attributes / Abilities**
- Highly motivated, and passionate about mental health and working for a social impact company
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment that requires contributions to the business “over and above” traditional job description
- Resilient and open to trying new sales and awareness strategies and approaches
- Excellent organizational management
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Articulate and able to influence and persuade in a business environment
- Detail and achievement oriented

**Key Skills & Technical Knowledge**
- At least one year's experience in a related role
- Able to work independently while keeping the team up-to-date and seeking guidance as necessary
- Knowledge of business processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational level (Preferably in either Psychologically or Business)
