Currently we’re looking for a Application & System Support Specialist to join our team.

**As our Application and System Support guru** **you will be responsible for the following**:

- System Support:

- Use CRM, LMS & broker operations software (Zoho, Acturis, CROO, QuickFacts)
- Dynamic Technical Tasks:

- Support Project work
- Support technical work within a team environment
- You will be expected to participate in meetings that will engage your knowledge in operational systems to effectively problem solve.
- Broker Admin Tasks:

- User ID admin (new/edit requests)
- Broker Code admin (creating, maintaining, & sanctioning)
- Onboarding admin

**What YOU can bring to the role**:

- You are detail oriented with good organizational skills
- You take initiative and are a quick-learner
- You have an aptitude for solving problems
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in technology, start-up or insurance verticals
- You work well in a team environment
- You’re pro-active, you like to keep on top of evolving technology and innovation
- Tech-efficient at relevant work processes (incl. PC, Excel, Google Suite)
- Works well under pressure, and is experienced at delivering under strict deadlines
- You have a related College or University degree. (ie. Computer Systems, Application Development, Project Management or System Implementation)
- You’re flexible to work outside regular work-hours for system updates/bug fixing/project deadlines
- Experience with PowerBroker/Acturis is considered to be a strong asset

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
