**Junior Project Manager**

Job Overview

PPD Restorations was established in 1994. Over 20 years, PPD Restorations has developed a quick and efficient method for completing restoration, remodeling and renovation projects. We are hiring a **Junior Project Manager** to help us keep growing. We are primarily focused on the Social Housing industry and require a **hands-on** Junior Project Manager who is seasoned to severe environments. Key Role & Responsibilities
- Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
- Perform tasks as required by the Senior Project Managers in support of project needs
- Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed
- Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
- Site inspections as required
- Scope Writing/Estimating
- Be aware of all aspects of scopes of work so proper assistance to the Senior Project Manager can be provided
- Effectively communicate with property owners/managers/tenants, subcontractors
- Liaise with Senior Project Manager to maintain project schedule and efficacy
- Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
- Coordinate with Senior Project Manager and other project leads following project execution
- Report to the Senior Project Manager

Must Have:

- Previous experience in building maintenance and/or residential construction
- Solid construction background and common sense for construction process
- Minimum 1 year of proven and successful experience in the construction industry
- Understanding of building systems, construction practices, processes and techniques
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution
- Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
- A valid driver’s license

**Job Type**: Permanent, full-time

Compensation: Hourly, Extended Health Benefits

**Salary**: $45,734.00-$102,757.00 per year
