**Your Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager, the Coordinator I will support the Building Addiction and Mental Health Capacity in Primary Health Care grant. It requires a high degree of critical thinking, logístical, organization skills, problem solving and the ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams to support the coordination and other associated duties necessary to support the provincial AHS AMH evaluation projects. The incumbent works to support provincial Addiction and Mental Health by providing support for knowledge translation and evaluation to support the development and dissemination of best practices and evidence-based services in addiction and mental health. The functions of the team include knowledge translation, planning, data analysis and reporting and evaluation. Key responsibilities include: Data collection and analysis - Support evaluation through surveys, interviews and other methods as appropriate. Analysis of data for reports or summaries. Literature searches/reviews - Provide general research and writing assistance. Knowledge Translation/Exchange - prepare evaluation materials under the direction of supervisor. Collect, compile, and summarize existing literature and evaluation results to be incorporated into PowerPoint and graphics presentations, posters, models, case studies and publications. Website - Help monitor, update and write materials for the AHS Knowledge Exchange website. Collaboration/communication - provide liaison and communication with others involved in evaluation work (internal to AHS or external as appropriate) in support of evaluation projects. Work collaboratively with other team members on a variety of projects, providing assistance as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Graduate degree from social sciences, health sciences or other related fields with formal training in evaluation design, research methods and data analysis. Progressive experience with developing, managing and conducting evaluation projects. Experience in project management and data collection/analysis (i.e., qualitative and quantitative). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, statistical packages and spreadsheet software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Excel, ACCESS, STATA, Tableau) and/or qualitative research tools (e.g., NVivo). Strong communication skills (oral and written). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and quickly adapt to changing project needs. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, verbal and written (including editing and proof-reading skills). Demonstrated research skills and ability to synthesize and analyze data. The ability to handle high volumes of work and prioritize tasks. Must be detail oriented and highly organized; must be able to meet deadlines, multi-task and be able to work with teams as well as independently.

2-3 years of work experience preferred.
