In this role, as a JD Edwards Techno-functional specialist, you will spearhead requirement gathering and validation, design, develop, test, and implement custom-tailored software solutions. Collaborating closely with internal users, the user experience team, and the digital team, you will ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Solution Development and Process Enhancement (65%)**:
- Translate business and systems requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage current and future business needs and industry best practices.
- Assist in the creation of business requirements, ERP workflows, system design, and functional specifications.
- Support integration testing of enterprise systems and post-implementation validation.
- Review and provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans and communicate potential risks.
- Conduct Gap Analysis, and coordinate gap closure of business process changes.
- Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
**Strategic Collaboration and Roadmap Development (10%)**:
- Contribute to the continuous Digital Roadmap evolution by collaborating with Product Owner(s) and identifying quick wins and long-term strategic goals, leveraging current and future investments.
- Follow and understand JD Edwards updates/Enhancements and implement functionality according to the company’s needs.
**Integrated ERP Solutions and Team Empowerment (25%)**:
- Coordinate with external on-shore and off-shore ERP Software development partners to provide best-in-class JD Edwards changes/Enhancements.
- Collaborate with ERP team members to mature technical and functional skills & cross-train and coach other team members.
**Position Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software or Computer Engineering, or other relevant technology-focused degree
- Strong experience in distribution modules such as sales order management, procurement, advance pricing, inventory management
- Strong experience is desirable in manufacturing modules such as costing, MRP/DRP, and SFC
- Good understanding of financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and multi-currency setup
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with JD Edwards Orchestration, AIS services, and/or JDE BSSV/RTE integration services
- A minimum of 5 years of design and development experience in custom solutions
- Strong experience with tools such as SQL, relational database design, and Data Access Studio
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and validation (Functional, non-functional, and system requirements)
- Demonstrated experience as a strong and impactful front-line team collaborator.
- Understanding key SDLC development life cycles and how they influence design, testing, and deployment.
- Strong experience with JD Edwards system development and functional sides
- Good knowledge is desirable of JD Edwards security management.
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and influence skills - demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.
- Strong experience with Agile and Strum Development Life Cycle
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
**Working Conditions**:
- Flexibility and availability are required to meet project deadlines.
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings including travel.
- Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
