- **Role Summary**:_
- **Key Job Responsibilities**:_
- Answering customer calls in a timely manner.
- Basic troubleshooting to resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
- Create work orders (and request purchase order numbers) as required.
- Discussion/review billable charges to the customer as applicable.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls.
- Organize annual inspections and meet monthly targets of completion.
- Track the completion of service requests and ensure appropriate backlog management.
- Use of customer portals as required to report activities.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
- Previously worked in the security industry will be an asset.
- Time Management and Organizational skills.
