- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal (ODIM) recherche actuellement des spécialistes en activités cliniques pour combler deux postes permanents à temps complet au sein du service de prévention et contrôle des infections (PCI). Un (1) des emplois est basé à l’Hôpital général du Lakeshore et l’autre au Centre hospitalier de St. Mary. Les personnes retenues seront appelées à se déplacer sur le territoire de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal.
- Le/la spécialiste en activités cliniques exerce les fonctions et l’autorité qui lui sont déléguées par la cheffe de service PCI - Volets Longue durée, Soutien à l’autonomie des personnes âgées, Santé mentale, Jeunesse et partenaires externes en matière d’organisation et de soutien aux activités cliniques de son équipe de conseillères dans un but d’amélioration continue de la qualité en matière de prévention et contrôle des infections. Il/elle a pour fonction particulière de l’assister dans le soutien aux membres des équipes cliniques.
- Par vos actions, vous contribuerez à faire vivre les valeurs organisationnelles et susciterez le développement d’une culture de travail mobilisée, positive, professionnelle, visant les plus hauts standards de qualité. Vous offrirez à l’équipe du service social une réponse adéquate et constante selon une approche globale et collaborative, axée sur le respect, l’autonomie professionnelle et l’utilisation judicieuse des forces individuelles et collectives.
- Horaire variable : lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 16h00 et 14h00 à 22h00, incluant une (1) fin de semaine sur deux (2) (75% de jour et 25% de soir)
- Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez appelé(e) à:
- Collaborer à la saisie des données des surveillances découlant des surveillances SI-SPIN;
- Participer aux visites de vigie dans les milieux privés (RI-RPA, CHSLD) du territoire de même qu’à l’élaboration de plans d’actions en collaboration avec la conseillère PCI;
- Participer à la diffusion des graphiques et rapports nécessaires pour les tableaux visuels de qualité;
- Participer à la discussion des stations visuelles opérationnelles et proposer des pistes d’amélioration continue en lien avec les indicateurs PCI;
- Supporter les conseillères PCI lors des tournées environnementales;
- Offrir de la formation sur certains sujets spécifiques délégués par les CSI PCI et qui relèvent de la PCI;
- Agir comme personne-ressource pour le transfert de connaissances de base en PCI pour tout le personnel du CIUSSS ODIM, incluant médecins, étudiants, bénévoles et employés contractuels en support à la CSI PCI;
- Répondre aux urgences organisationnelles en matière de PCI en collaboration avec l’équipe de conseillères et des gestionnaires de la PCI.
- Participe à l’implantation du programme québécois de soins sécuritaires (PQSS);
- Participer à la réalisation d’audits (hygiène des mains, mesures de PCI etc.) et à l’analyse des résultats.

- Requirements :- Détient un baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée (travail social, ergothérapie, psychoéducation, psychologie, ou autre domaine pertinent)*;
