We are seeking a dynamic and versatile scheduler with expertise in programming and design to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production schedules, integrating programming and design elements, and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. The Scheduler will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient resource allocation, timely project completion, and superior product quality.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that align with customer demands and production capacity.
- Collaborate with the design and programming teams to integrate innovative solutions into production schedules.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues to minimize disruptions in production.
- Utilize scheduling software and design tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Optimize resources allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Implement measures to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing process and product quality.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
- Proven experience in production scheduling, preferably in the cabinet manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in programing languages (e.g. Python, SQL) and design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
