**Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Skills & qualifications**:

- 3-5 years digital marketing experience. (Agency experience preferred)
- Strong emphasis on SEO/PPC campaign management.
- Writing ability for blogging, and content generation.
- Strong organizational skills, and works independently.
- Proven experience in managing multiple digital marketing platforms and strategies
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Experience with Google Workspace (Drive & Docs), Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.

**Duties**:

- Develop a comprehensive strategy for digital marketing campaigns using a variety of online social media tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and digital display ads (Google Display Ads). This includes setting up campaigns from scratch as well as monitoring performance.
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Track and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns on a regular basis. This includes daily monitoring of performance along with weekly reporting on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, time on site, etc.
- Evaluate performance of all digital marketing campaigns based on established goals and KPIs. This includes monthly reviews of KPIs for each campaign. Adjust plans based on results.
- Develop creative ideas for new channels for growth through analyzing customer behavior. This includes creating new ad formats such as video ads or website analytics tools to drive traffic to the brand through existing channels.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
