**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student needs.
- Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and activities that promote critical thinking and collaboration.
- Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and share resources.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; teaching certification preferred.
- Previous teaching or instructional experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in using technology for instruction and communication is a plus.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
