**Tâches et responsabilités principales (fonctions essentielles)**
- Créer et/ou coordonner la création de contenu pour le portail d'apprentissage en ligne et les sessions de formation dirigées par un instructeur en fonction des nouvelles versions de produits.
- Tenir à jour la feuille de route des modifications des cours à venir en collaboration avec le Directeur du Support Technique et de la Formation et le Responsable Européen de la Formation.
- Maintenir à jour le contenu du portail d'apprentissage, les groupes d'utilisateurs, les catégories de cours, etc. sur la base du tableau approuvé.
- Participer aux réunions du chef de projet pour mettre à jour le plan de préparation au déploiement et recueillir des informations sur les produits à venir afin de pouvoir soutenir les mises à jour de la formation en conséquence.
- Veiller à ce que les formateurs et les agents d'assistance technique soient tenus au courant des nouveaux produits et solutions en créant un environnement permettant de tester de nouvelles solutions de formation.
- Collaborer avec les chefs de produit, les responsables de programme, les formateurs techniques et les agents du support technique afin de recueillir les informations et le retour d'information nécessaires pour que nos formations soient toujours à jour et utiles.
- Déployer de nouveaux contenus de formation pour nos formateurs techniques afin de soutenir l'introduction de nos nouveaux produits.
- Travailler avec les équipes de formation pour mettre en place les postes de travail et les logiciels nécessaires à la formation.
- Être proactif en améliorant les outils disponibles et les processus internes au sein du département.
- Veiller à ce que les installations de formation soient entièrement équipées pour les sessions de formation dans nos bureaux.
- Se tenir au courant des nouvelles technologies et des nouveaux produits dans le domaine lié à la ligne de produits de contrôle de Distech.

**Expérience (expérience mínimale obligatoire)**
- Formation pratique/qualifications de formateur requises
- Diplôme universitaire ou certificat technique en CVC/contrôle ou toute autre expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la formation technique.
- Démontre d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Structuré et bien organisé
- Capacité à faire des présentations devant un gros public
- Courtoisie et attitude positive
- Proactif, autonome et faisant preuve de leadership
- Volonté d'apprendre et d'assumer de nouvelles responsabilités
- Débrouillardise et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanées
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Bilingue - français et anglais

**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Technical Support & Training Director, and the European Training Manager the selected applicant will be responsible for the creation and coordination of our global training content.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**
- Create and/or coordinate the creation of content for the online learning portal and the instructor led training sessions in line with new product releases
- Keep up to date the roadmap of upcoming courses modifications in collaboration with the Technical Support & Training Director and the European Training Manager.
- Keep the learning portal content, user groups, courses categories, etc. up to date based on the approved chart.
- Be part of the project manager meetings to update the deployment readiness plan to gather information about upcoming products to be able to support the training updates accordingly
- Ensuring that trainers and technical support agents are kept to date with the upcoming new products and solutions by creating an environment to test new training solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, program managers, technical trainers, and technical support agents to gather the information and feedback required to keep our training up to date and valuable.
- Deploy new training content to our technical trainers to support our new product introduction
- Work with the training teams to setup the workstations and software that is required to provide the training
- Be proactive by improving the available tools and the internal processes within the department.
- Ensure the training facilities are fully equipped for training sessions in our offices.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and products in the field related to the Distech controls product line.

**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**
- Practical Training/Trainer Qualifications required
- University degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC/Controls or any other relevant experience in technical training.
