**Program Manager**
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Program Manager oversees the program's daily operations including information and data collection, financial management, marketing strategy development, and report development. The Program Managers work as a team to support each other to ensure the success of all programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage staff development in accordance with Bredin HR policies and procedures.
- Develop a strategic plan for program implementation.
- Identify opportunities for the ongoing development and improvement of program services, ensuring a high standard of program integrity.
- Lead the program team in developing strategies to meet contractual outcomes.
- Analysis of information collected and data to guide strategic program planning.
- Compilation of formative and summative reports as outlined in the contract.
- Participate in preparing fiscal program budgets, forecasts, cashflow reports, and amendments.
- Identify the marketing needs of the program and provide content for the development of materials.
- Review current marketing resources to ensure information is aligned with the program funder’s guidelines and expectations.
- Participate in business development including proposals, identify potential partnerships and contribute statistical reports on outcomes achieved.
- Lead and/or participate in special projects, event planning, and committees.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in a related field or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 2+ years’ experience in managing employment-related services or contracts.
- Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) designation is considered an asset.
- Proven project management skills including the analysis of procedures and processes.
- Understanding of the resources needed to support clients with a history of employment barriers.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule the daily operations of a project.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the oil & gas, construction, and trades industries.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Outlook).
- A clean criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
- Class 5 Drivers License and reliable transportation.
