**Job Title: Subprime Finance Manager - Automotive Sales**

**Location**: North Shore Mitsubishi
**Department**: Finance & Insurance (F&I)
**Reports To**: General Manager / Finance Director

**Job Summary**:
If you do not have any finance experience we will be hiring at a lower pay scale and provide training for any who need to be brought up to speed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financing Solutions**: Work closely with customers to understand their credit history and financial needs, providing suitable subprime financing options.
- **Lender Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with subprime lenders and financial institutions to ensure access to a wide range of competitive financing options.
- **Customer Communication**: Clearly communicate financing terms, interest rates, and monthly payments to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding financing, lending practices, and customer privacy. Ensure all documentation is properly completed and compliant with dealership policies and legal requirements.
- **Sales Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide accurate financial information to close deals efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any concerns or obstacles related to subprime financing, working with lenders and customers to find creative solutions.
- **Credit Counseling**: Assist customers in understanding their credit reports and offer advice on how they can improve their credit scores over time.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed individual and team goals for financing approvals, contract volume, and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Subprime Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or in a similar automotive sales finance role.
- Strong knowledge of subprime lending, credit scoring models, and financial products.
- Ability to analyze credit reports and make informed lending decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding finance and lending in the automotive industry.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with lenders and customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-first attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with a diverse customer base, including individuals with varying credit profiles.
- Understanding of automotive sales processes and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Previous experience with dealership software and CRM systems.
- Ability to generate your own personal leads through social media marketing.

**Compensation**:
Competitive commission based pay plan, with bonus based on performance. Front and Back commission.

**Schedule**:
Flexible schedule that can allow for you to work from home. Tuesday through Saturday.

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
