The Sales Coordinator is a key member of the Sales team. Sales Coordinators support a team of Account Managers and interact with multiple departments, clients, and vendors. As such, the prospective Sales Coordinator must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of sales, technical, and product experts, managers, and buyers. The Sales Coordinator should have good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team to meet tight timelines. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and who share our commitment to honesty, integrity, and personal accountability. A sense of urgency for task completion and a passion for client satisfaction are also essential.

**Position: Sales Coordinator**

**Location: Markham, ON**

**Status: Full-time**

**Responsibilities**:

- The Sales Coordinator will support a team of sales representatives coordinating all aspects of the order process;
- Work with multiple departments to ensure products are ordered, set up, delivered and supported by our team of service professionals;
- Coordinate with other dealers across North America to ensure Grenville’s out of town customers are supported;
- Work closely with our vendors to make sure we are leveraging all pricing support and discounts to consistently ensure we are getting the best pricing possible;
- Set up new clients in our service database and update existing information;
- Billing and invoicing of products and services;
- Prepare sales commissions monthly;
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients;

**Key Competences**:
Excellent Communication and Listening Skills, ability to multitask, above average customer service skills, problem solving, ability to work to tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years sales coordinator experience. Industry experience mandatory;
- Experience with online ordering systems;
- Experience with ERP solutions; ECI’s e-Automate preferred but not mandatory;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
