Job Title: Accounting Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
