We are seeking One - (1) Construction Administration Finance to support project opportunities with Neetah

Construction and its affiliated companies Western Infrastructure and Morsky Industrial Services, in a

shared services environment. This position will be site based (within Saskatchewan), however, the

office headquarters is in Regina, SK. You will be joining a team of recognized industry experts to

help execute work that is critical to our clients and our communities.

Job Title: Construction Administration Finance

Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary: The Construction Administration Finance is an integral member of the project

team responsible for supporting the delivery of construction projects of varying size and

complexity. The Administrative Assistant will be a multitasker with excellent communications skills

and have a positive attitude. The Construction Administration Finance will assist management,

employees, and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional

helpful and positive presence in the workplace of Heavy Civil Construction, Water and Sewer

Construction, Other Miscellaneous Earth moving project activities.

Scope of Responsibilities: Will include all project related activities as directed, by including the

following responsibilities:

- Assists the department leads with daily administrative duties and completes a broad

variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments;

completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging

complex and detailed travel itineraries.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
- Prepares and distributes agenda items, takes meeting minutes, and tracks minutes for

follow up items.
- Timesheet entry assistance.
- Coordination and booking travel arrangements for site and office employees.
- Performs other administrative duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
- Prepares and writes proposals, quotes, and bid forms or submissions as required.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including

staff, board members, external partners.
- Excellent written, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
- Character that is reliable, open, considerate, and accommodating.
- Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail orientated.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks

seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with a broad range of people.
- Ability to conduct research, and present data in a well-written manner.
