**Résumé et objectifs du poste**

**Principales responsabilités et résultats attendus**:

- Développer des procédés humides spéciaux au sein de Mecaer America Inc. ;
- Participer à la qualification des procédés spéciaux humides avec les principaux équipementiers et NADCAP (anodisation, conversion chimique, nickel autocatalytique, gravure nital, cadmium et placage Zn-Ni, etc.) ;
- Travailler en partenariat avec le Laboratoire de Contrôle des Procédés pour la mise en place des différents procédés ;
- Participer à l’élaboration des plans d’essais et à leur exécution pour les procédés humides selon les spécifications aéronautiques ;
- Identifier les besoins de préparation des pièces pour les différents procédés (méthodes de masquage appropriées par procédé, consommables, pièces de rechange, etc.) ;
- Responsable du suivi de la montée en maturité des procédés humides, développés en très étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et les différents fournisseurs ;
- Préparer la prochaine phase du projet, c’est-à-dire l’automatisation de certaines opérations et le développement de procédés hors bassin afin d’augmenter l’efficacité de la production ;
- Analyser les spécifications de traitement par voie humide et les dessins techniques afin d’élaborer des documents techniques ;
- Participation à l’élaboration des techniques de traitement par voie humide ;
- Fournir un soutien technique à la production et aux clients ;
- Manipuler les déchets dangereux conformément aux procédures et règles en vigueur en matière de santé et de sécurité ;
- Se conformer aux normes NADCAP et les appliquer et interagir avec l’auditeur lors des audits périodiques (internes et externes) ;
- Travailler sur l’amélioration continue des procédures ;
- S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches connexes qui pourraient lui être confiées ;
**Compétences requises**:
**Académique**

Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires en génie des matériaux, en génie mécanique, en génie métallurgique ou en génie chimique.

**Expérience**:
**Pour les diplômes professionnels ou collégiaux ;**

Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience pertinente (Expérience dans le domaine des procédés spéciaux par voie humide)

**Pour le diplôme universitaire**:
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente (Expérience dans le domaine des procédés humides spéciaux)

**Compétences requises**:

- Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) ;
- Anglais oral technique (lu et écrit) et fonctionnel ;
- Lire et interpréter des dessins 2D, des modèles 3D et des spécifications de fabrication aérospatiale ;
- Esprit d’analyse et sens de l’initiative ;
- Compétences en gestion des priorités et en résolution de problèmes ;
- Bon communicateur ;
- Capacité à fonctionner de manière autonome dans un environnement agité ;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
- La connaissance des accréditations NADCAP et/ou Aeronautical Specification sera considérée comme un atout ;
- Une expérience avec les systèmes ERP/MRP (INFOR) sera considérée comme un atout ;
- Une expérience avec les systèmes MES sera considérée comme un atout ;
- Une expérience des normes et des systèmes de qualité en aérospatiale sera considérée comme un atout ;

**Summary and Objectives of the Position**

**Key Responsibilities and Expected Results**:

- Develop special wet processes within Mecaer America Inc.;
- Participate in the qualification of special wet processes with the main OEMs and NADCAP (anodizing, chemical conversion, autocatalytic nickel, nital etch, cadmium and Zn-Ni plating, etc.);
- Work in partnership with the Process Control Laboratory to set up the various processes;
- Participate in the development of test plans and their execution for wet processes according to aeronautical specifications;
- Identify the needs for the preparation of parts for the various processes (appropriate masking methods per process, consumables, spare parts, etc.);
