**What you get to do**:
- Administer programs within the Management System portfolio for ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd., including its Operational Risk Management Program
- Drive transformational change in working with multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups in strategic planning, and implementation of new processes, policies and procedures, as required, to enhance probability of program success and achieve optimum business value.
- Undertake gap analysis initiatives in worksite/functional area reviews, report results and develop improvement action plans.
- Conduct and/or lead incident reviews, root cause analysis activities, and audits of management system components.
- Conduct annual management system program reviews.
- Prepare and conduct training and assist users on the implementation of Management System compliance tools.
- Support administration, troubleshooting and ongoing improvements in the implementation and ongoing usage of business process and/or analytics software.
**What you bring**:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in the areas of operations management, business management, construction, engineering or another technical field.
- 3+ years’ experience in the pipeline industry with working knowledge of CSA Z662 and other relevant legislated requirements considered a strong asset, however, other related work experience may be considered.
- Exposure and familiarity with management system concepts.
- Proven project management skills, including stakeholder consultation, setting expectations, conflict resolution, development and execution of communication plans, and management of change processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and effective presentation style.
- Ability to communicate technical information and convey high level concepts to a broad audience that includes internal and external stakeholders (e.g. front-line staff, senior leaders and regulatory authorities).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
- Experience with Microsoft suite of tools, with an emphasis on PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint considered an asset.
- Experience with root cause analysis investigation techniques (e.g. TapRoot) is considered an asset.
- Experience working for a regulated utility, including business model, economics and regulatory proceedings, is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of ISO based Integrated Management Systems considered an asset.
- Familiarity with risk assessment techniques is considered a strong asset.
