Construction Risk Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Risk Advisor to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. As a key member of our Construction & Infrastructure Group, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review bids and prepare sunshine letters, surety bonds, and invoice preparation;
- Lead by example and assist colleagues in delivering DAU to clients and prospects;
- Delivering continuous excellence in servicing an existing book;
- Collaborate with fellow colleagues in Edmonton and Calgary branches to deliver the best of Aon to clients and prospects in need of construction advisory service and solutions;
- Identifying specific client and prospect needs and developing innovative and cost-effective solutions;
- Ensure all procedures, internal client files, and correspondence are in compliance with Aon audit standards;
- Reviewing and revising Surety facilities;
- Coordinating/providing oversight to the account team and establish client service plans that prioritize the account activities and profitability in a value-based approach for the scope of services required;
- Participating in industry-sponsored events and maximize opportunities to become involved with various industry committees;
- Leading by example by demonstrating and sharing with all lines of business;
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
