Social Media Communications Analyst, North America

As Social Media Communications Analyst on the North America Marketing team, you are responsible for a dual-pronged approach: 1) the strategy and execution of Avanade national organic social campaigns and content, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and Instagram; and 2) our internal social media strategy, execution and community management for Viva Engage and Sharepoint. Our goal is to offer our clients and employees an experience on social media that makes them feel inspired, confident, and cared for, so you will use your expertise to advise, plan, strategize, execute, and continually optimize the Organic and internal social media channel strategy. As a strong team player, you will work closely with the Corporate Communications Lead of North America to monitor plan performance, adjust as needed and report back to stakeholders on results. In the past, you have managed brand channels including content creation and copywriting, and managed communities. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Organic Social**:
- Partner with the Global Social Media Center of Excellence to plan and execute Avanade’s North America organic social media strategy and content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Partner across NA and Global PR and Marketing teams to elevate our Leading Voices program via NA social channels; consult on best practices and social approach for NA Leading Voices
- Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain Avanade’s brand on social platforms including engaging as appropriate with clients and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
- Set key performance indicators for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
- Demonstrate highly organized campaign/timeline management, with strong attention to detail
- Evangelize social best practices to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, internally and externally
- Share thought leadership and perspective around best-in-class social trends, ideas, and strategy by researching social media trends and keeping the NA Marketing team up to date on changes.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports to business leadership
- Manage content and reporting for our employee advocacy / social promotion tool, Sociabble.
**Corporate Communications/Internal Social**:
- Connecting dots across internal and external communications to ensure we maximize re-use and impact of our content
- Plan and execute our internal NA social media strategy using Viva Engage - from full launch to scaling communities to maintenance
- Become go-to expert and advocate for all things Viva Engage
- Work directly (and gain visibility with) NA’s Executive leadership to develop their Viva presence and activity
- Provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports that measure and report progress on community growth, engagement and sentiment
- Support NA Internal Comms lead as needed with large-format meetings, webcasts, etc. and their promotion via our internal social media channels.
**Required skills**:
- One to three years of experience in a fast-paced marketing organization supporting marketing and/or communications programs
- Passionate about collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute on stand-out campaigns, programs and events for our clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with experience working with digital channels and social platforms to engage clients, particularly LinkedIn social selling strategies and best practices
- A self-starter who can quickly formulate the approach necessary to accomplish goals in the most efficient and effective way
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to efficiently problem-solve with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Highly motivated; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short lead times
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite as well as Sharepoint, Teams, and Viva Engage
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Demandbase a plus
