**Key Responsibilities & Attributes**
- The primary function of the Supervisor role will be to guide and support service staff in execution of daily service and delivery of events:_
- Supervise service staff to ensure set standards are adhered to.
- Support service staff with tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and memorable member experience.
- Oversee/manage events of varying size from start to finish. Setup dining spaces at outlined on the BEO and complete teardown after service.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food & beverage menus.
- Routinely check in with tables and ensure any issues or concerns are quickly resolved.
- Works as a server or bartender as necessary.
- Opens or closes the facility as required.
- Previous food & beverage service experience is required. Experience in a supervisor position considered an asset.
- Maintains a friendly but professional appearance and attitude in all situations.
- Takes direction well. Ability to work cohesively within a tight knit team as well as independently.
- Great communicator.
- Smart Choices Certification.
- Flexible availability.
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional member/guest experience and make people happy.
- Access to reliable transportation (not accessible by public transit).

This is a full-time position throughout the golf & holiday season (April through December), with potential for part-time employment January through March.
