We are construction and maintenance company based in panaroma surrey. Looking for motivated office assistant who can assist us in office duties.
**Work would includes duties such as**:
- Receiving calls from clients.
- Preparation and maintaining timesheets in excel.
- Invoicing and preparation of work completion reports.
- Data Entry to quickbooks.
- General Office duties
One must have some experience using ms office suite.
Some background in accounting or quickbooks will defintiely be an advantage.
**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
