You Will:

- Be responsible for the efficient daily operation of the Griz Kids Centre and its programs in conjunction with the Griz Kids Centre Supervisor on alternate schedules
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety standards. In conjunction with the Supervisor
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns from parents or staff
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance and incident reports
- Provide Indoor supervision of Kids - leading kids through drawing and playtime
- Play and engage with kids during indoor time
- Manage and monitor product quality and deliveryT
- Initiate corrective and disciplinary action as necessary with support from the Griz Kids Supervisor

You Have:

- Early Childhood Educator Assistant certification (preferred)
- Previous childcare experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience working in a snow school kids center (an asset)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Completed the 20-hour Responsible Adult Course (minimum requirement)
