Are you passionate about working with children and creating a fun, safe environment for them to thrive? Resorts of the Canadian Rockies is seeking a reliable and team-oriented Griz Kids Centre Indoor Attendant to join our team at Fernie Alpine Resort.

The Griz Kids Centre offers combined indoor play and lesson packages for kids aged 3-5, and we're looking for someone who can assist with daily activities, implement planned curriculum and activities, and provide indoor supervision of kids.

As a Griz Kids Centre Indoor Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children, communicating effectively with parents and guardians, and developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure company goals are met and guest expectations are exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with daily activities and supervision of children
  • Implement the planned curriculum and activities
  • Provide indoor supervision of Kids – leading kids through drawing and playtime
  • Support children in their social and emotional development
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure company goals are met and guest expectations are exceeded
