Required Qualifications:

- Should have 6+ yrs experience in SAP HCM - PA, OM, Time management,Canada Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, HR-FI Integration.
- Should have work experience in Jira, Use case development.
- Strong Integration experience mandatory working with inbound and outbound from SAP to Workday.
- Good to have strong work experience in a landscape with SAP integrated with Workday and or/ systems.
- Extensive experience in analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and documentation-FS and TS.
- Added advantage for people with ABAP and Workday experience.
- Should have ability to analyze the existing Payroll & Time Schemas/ PCRs and can modify according to business requirements.
- Should have experience in gathering & understanding the business requirements
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem resolution skills
- Should guide technical consultants (ABAPers) for implementation of business logics
- Work with development to test and problem solve as issues arise.
- Should recommend and deliver business solutions based on HR requirements
