**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Deliver efficient, professional, and best-in-class support to the Managers, Credit Structures, Private Bankers, and Private Banking clients
- Efficiently coordinate credit fulfillment activities and ensure premium turnaround times, meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Action daily excess management reports, obtaining Group Risk Management’s approval when required
- Interact with Private Banking clients and support their day-to-day needs, including discussing the various options available to them regarding their credit products
- Collaborate with team to identify, evaluate, and act on early warning signals, financial covenants, margins, collateral security values and take immediate action, as required

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (in order to serve French and English-speaking clients in the Québec market)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit granting to personal and/or business clients in a client-facing/contact environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role (branch or Advice Centre environment)
- Superior client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a national team
- Solid organizational skills with a proven track record in managing high net worth client expectations

**Nice-to-have**
- Knowledge and understanding of RBC Private Banking financing products, credit/risk procedures, guidelines, and standards
- Experience in Business and/or Commercial Markets
- Experience with complex credit products such as investment lending, Bankers' Acceptances, home equity financing solutions, etc.
- Experience working as part of a national team with colleagues located across the country
- Experience in credit fulfillment and support
