**Responsibilities**:

- Routine and regular communication of department operation-cooperate with marketing, sales, academic affairs and other departments to carry out daily operation and maintenance of the department, as well as event planning and supervision and execution;
- Course management, establish and confirm the course list and confirm the start list according to the department plan and complete the timetable;
- Learn and use the management system, and ensure that the course information in the course list and tutor information is entered into the system;
- Collect course feedback, handle course complaints, supervise schedule management, and supervise website management;
- Conduct departmental tutor management, cooperate with HR department to collect tutor information, participate in tutors recruitment, and participate in tutor training, tutor communication and quality control;
- Supervise the collection and use of departmental teaching research, publicity, teaching materials, etc.;
- Convene a general meeting of mentors in this department, department meetings and arrange one-on-one talks with mentors;
- Calculate the KPI of the tutor in the department and calculate the salary of the tutor;
- Organize the team-building of the department's tutors and supervise the collection of team building promotional materials;
- Participate in the daily communication meetings of the campus academic leaders arranged by the headquarters and participate in the tasks of other campus academic leaders arranged by the headquarters.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor degree required;
- Relevant work experience preferred;
- Attention to detail; exceptional communication skills;
- Mandarin skills preferred.

- 召开本部门导师大会、部门会议,安排与导师一对一会谈;
- 计算导师在部门的KPI,计算导师的工资;
- 组织本部门导师团队建设,监督团队建设宣传资料的收集;
- 参加总部安排的校园学术带头人日常沟通会,参与总部安排的其他校园学术带头人的任务。

**任职要求:**
- 本科学历;
- 有相关工作经验者优先;
- 注重细节;出色的沟通能力;
- 有普通话能力者优先。

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
