POSITION:
Customer Service Representative

LOCATION:
Guelph, Ontario

LEVEL:
Individual Contributor

DESCRIPTION:
Reporting into the Supply Chain Supervisor, this position provides customer service to direct delivery customers, taking orders and releasing for shipment, maintaining customer data, and work with warehouse, distribution, and sales staff to resolve related issues. Please note: this is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities Include:- Investigate and follow through to resolve related service issues, working with warehouse, sales, and delivery staff and supervisor as necessary;- Enter orders for direct delivery into Oracle, then release to warehouse management system or Coldhaus supplying warehouses for shipping;- Maintain up-to-date customer information and daily call sheets and update as necessary;- Support Ontario Supply group as required;- Exchange information with Warehouse staff and Sales Representatives regarding orders and customer issues;- Support adherence to quality and food safety standards as required;- Perform other related duties, as required.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum secondary school diploma or equivalent;- Minimum 2 years customer service experience, including 1 year call centre experience;- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;- Ability to build effective working relationships, both internal and external to the organization;- Strong attention to detail;- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast paced environment;-
- Acceptable criminal record check;- Ability to demonstrate behaviours that support organizational values.
