Maintenance Planner

Shift Vacancies:
**Day Shift **Hours**:7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
**Key Tasks**
Maintenance software:
- Review incoming maintenance requests
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance personnel for each maintenance work order created.
- Coordinate with the Production department when scheduling maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Review completed work orders to ensure the required information is captured.
- Ensure accuracy of Inventory levels for all parts that are stocked and non-stocked.
- Communicate with vendors to find parts required.
- Ordering parts.
- Dealing with sub-contractors when required for equipment repair.
- Maintenance metrics
Organizing grounds maintenance including:
- Landscaping.
- Snow removal.
- Yard tidiness.
- Ice removal.
- Sumps.
- Oil waste.
- Phosphate waste.
Assisting in Machine and Building maintenance when possible/needed.
Comply with all HSE, QMS and Corporate policies at Norquest.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma.
- A minimum of 1 year working in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Highly motivated with ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs.
- Mechanically inclined.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
