**Responsibilities**
- Assistance with special projects, as required.
- Operate with timeliness and accuracy in mind.
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ensuring the team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables.
- Solving issues that may arise during the project.
- Assisting in managing and building relationships with multiple teams.
- Assist in managing day-to-day activities for the team.
- Monitor changes or delays to project schedules.
- Monitor and tracks overall project progress.
- Develops and distributes regular progress reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Assist with internal and external communication between the team and external clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet aggressive deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Strong technical oral and written communication skills for a wide audience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 productivity and collaboration tools.
- Understanding of task management tools.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
- Exceptional work ethic and dedication to high-quality results.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

**Salary**: From $42,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 1W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Concord, ON L4K 1W1
