Junior Project Manager

**Job Brief**

We are looking for a reliable Junior Project Manager plans and directs construction, renovations, maintenance projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for pricing, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and direct projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite
- Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality renovations standards and the use of proper construction techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in residential and commercial projects management
- Advanced knowledge of renovation management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge of renovation products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding of all facets of the renovation process
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Must have residential apartment experience combined with good communication and customer service skills
- And knowledge of home construction and renovation

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Experience**:

- project management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-02-19
