We are currently seeking a **Junior Program Manager** to join our team In this role you would be working with Senior Program Managers, and actively involved with Tool build, engineering changes, and other projects as required.

**Shift Available**:
Day (8:00 am to 4:30pm)

**Reporting to**: Sales Engineering Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the General Manager and Sales Engineer Manager on special projects
- Assist with ECN Documentation & Control
- Perform CAD Overlay and quoting
- Maintain good customer working relationships, by providing requested information on time
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in terms of their needs, goals and objectives
- Consult and negotiate with customers to prepare specifications, explain proposals and present engineering reports and findings
- Develop detailed plans to achieve each stage of the project
- Coordinate with the Purchasing and Materials Manager in negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
- Ensure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget
- Report regularly on progress to the client or to Senior managers

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- University degree (Engineering) or at least 5 years of work experience
- Program Manager experience (Asset)
- Certificate in Project Management (Asset)
- Tool making experience (Asset)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
- Understanding of Die and Assembly process
- Must be familiar with CAD (Solidworks)
- Experience with Key Creator
- Strong GD&T skills
- Automotive Metal stamping experience (Asset)
