**Reports**: Paid Advertising Specialist will report to Daniel Barankin, CEO at 6ix.
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing integrated advertising programs. This role focuses on rapidly building paid social media campaigns while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization's teams. You will manage the client's and 6ix’s digital presence, optimize campaign performance and drive results.
**Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns, including social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google to help achieve corporate goals.
- Be an expert in paid ads, finding the best solutions for the clients and being up-to-date with solutions that would work for their advertising strategy.
- Manage campaigns, including setup, ongoing optimization, testing, and collaboration within the working teams.
- Leveraging data from performance dashboards to better inform campaign strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Act as the in-house expert on advertising capabilities on various social media platforms, supporting other departments as needed
- Work with, and manage, third-party advertising vendors and make improvement recommendations where needed
- Support other marketing activities on an as-needed basis.
- 5+ years experience working in digital advertising operations.
- Commerce or Marketing degree or related field
- Direct experience with interactive marketing and media strategy, planning and campaign management.
- Extensive experience managing ads on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and Reddit
- Must have experience with vendor management and payment processing knowledge (Stripe)
