**Your typical day at work**:
As an **_Outbound _**_Sales Associate_**, you will ensure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services.
- Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers
- Upsell, and add on, products and services that fits with the customers’ needs
- Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
- Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs
- Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
- Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets

**You would be a great fit if you have**:

- Experience working in a call center, specifically in an outbound sales role
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Experience following a script
- The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
- Open availability to work within hours of operation:_ Monday to Friday 12PM- 9 PM EST and Saturday - Sunday 10am - 6pm EST_
- The ability to connect a computer directly to a modem with an ethernet cord while working
