Job Summary:


The Outbound Sales Representative will proactively reach out to Customers and provide a level of Customer Service to ensure Customer Satisfaction of their current product and rate plan, while educating them of upcoming promotions and potential renewal offers.

Our Outbound Sales Teams main objective is to work with Customers to identify their current needs and provide an immediate solution over the phone.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete Outbound Calls to Existing/New Customers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and Customer Service in all interactions with Customers
  • Attain Sales Targets
  • Remain current and knowledgeable on all products, offers, systems, programs and solutions.
  • Adhere to Custom Cellular Policies and Procedures, including Call Center guidelines for Customer Privacy and Authentication
  • Accurate and precise Data Entry/ Sales Tracking including CRM Platform
  • Handle customer complaints/requests professionally
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude on and off the phone at all times
  • Be receptive to coaching and training
  • Expected to adhere to client transparency and best sales practices including informing all Customers of call recording practices and using prescribed introductions and scripts

  • Previous Customer Service and/or Sales background preferred
  • Previous experience working in a Call Center would be an asset but not required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication with customers and employees

Salary:
$17.00 per hour
