**Your Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot common desktop issues
- Troubleshoot printers and peripherals
- Monitor the servers
- Provide guidance, instruction and direction to fellow associates
- Log service calls
- Repair desktop computers and printers as needed
- Process weekly reports
- Place service calls and work with vendor
- Configure and set-up new equipment
- Enter new employee set-up as required

**Your Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks;
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail;
- Excellent technical knowledge of PC, laptop, and desktop hardware;
- Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards; (TCP/IP, OSI model etc)
- Written and oral communication skills with ability to present ideas in user-friendly language;
- Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required;
- Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories supporting users.
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as Zendesk in addition to other remote access desktop programs;
- Must have a Valid Canadian Passport;
- Must have Valid Driver's License (Manitoba).

**Educational Requirements**:

- Completion of Grade 12 Education
- A+ Technical Certification
- Completion of Diploma or Certificate in IT Operations, Desktop Support or similar focus would be an asset.

**Your Experience**:

- 1 - 3 years Window 10 experience;
- 1 - 3 years' experience using MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Strong customer service skills/experience;
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
- Network + or equivalent experience; Experience installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and troubleshooting end user hardware and software;
- Hands-on desktop systems troubleshooting experience;
- Experience working in an IT support ticket system;
